I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I was with your service. In this day and time it is refreshing to call a number in the construction/renovation field and always get a person in contrast to a machine. That was your first selling point with me. I knew if I did develop a problem you were reachable. The young man that came out to give me an estimate was extremely pleasant and personable. He was your company's second strong selling point. I was surprised when, on the day installation was scheduled, a single young man showed up. I can only assume that someone must have known how exacting and demanding my need for order and perfection are. This is the third fence that has been installed here and it was put in place with a minimum of disruption and no yard mess at all. Please convey my thanks to these fine staff members and feel free to use me as a reference should you ever need such.

You are a great bunch of people to work with, right from Brian who came out to give me an estimate, to both of the secretaries who was always smiling and polite in the assistant that they gave me in paying for the fence. (smile) I didn't get a chance to meet the people who installed the fence, but I had a chance to talk to Marcus over the telephone. Dear Brian: Just felt I would like to comment on the two young men you sent to put my fence up. They have been extremely thoughtful, courteous, and done an excellent job. If you remember, my sprinkler system was so close to the line we felt it would be damaged, they were so careful sprinklers are fine. A friend had a similar fence put up a few months ago and the difference in the way it was erected is amazing, her fence has openings that should not be. Just thought you should know what an asset these men are to your Company.
